Kathy M. Muir is a seasoned coffee industry professional whose expertise spans more than a decade. As co-founder of Koffee Cups and an Authorized SCA Trainer (AST), Kathy has played a pivotal role in shaping the coffee culture in Puerto Rico. 

Her career began as a key account executive and marketing manager for one of the island’s premier specialty coffee companies, where she developed a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Kathy's passion for education and growth in the coffee sector has led her to participate as a Technical Judge at the National Barista Championships and organize the Puerto Rico National AeroPress Championship. 

Her commitment to excellence is evident in every facet of Koffee Cups, where she continues to foster a community of knowledgeable coffee enthusiasts and professionals.
