Mario Gómez is renowned for his exceptional skills as a barista and his profound impact on coffee education in Puerto Rico. Starting his barista career in 2010, Mario quickly made his mark by competing in and securing top positions at National Latte Art Championships. 

As an Authorized SCA Trainer (AST) and the Education Director at Academia de Café de Puerto Rico, he dedicates himself to nurturing the next generation of coffee professionals through innovative and rigorous training programs. Mario’s teaching philosophy centers on consistency and customer service, aiming to elevate the standards of the coffee industry.
